The program “Tomorrow’s Remembrance” weaves together multiple layers of time and meaning. Tenebrae responsories by the Spanish Renaissance composer Tomás Luis de Victoria are juxtaposed with sensitive soundscapes by the German composer Hans-Jürgen Gerung, many of which will be heard as world premieres. Texts from the biblical Lamentations intersect with the poetry of the acclaimed writer Anton G. Leitner.
